The AppDaemons - normally a helpful bunch, and necessary for a smooth operation of the software - eventually fail in their task, as they get overwhelmed by increasing activity in the system which weakens their "performance", while being forced to more recharge breaks...

The MouseDaemon appears in the system out of the blue, assisting the MouseCursor in her tasks. As the piece progresses his disguise no longer protects him - he shows signs of distraction, somehow letting malware get into the system. Maybe the virus was already inside, opening the door for the MouseDaemon?

LocationProperties, a non-human performer, controls the physical space, blending the incoming weather data streams of thirty different cities in ways that shift the mood of the performance from one moment to the next, constantly changing the lights, visual displays, and sounds.
